Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be thrilled with your new order. However, if you need to return an item, we’re here to help. Our policy allows returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns

  • Items must be in the same condition you received them.
  • Unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
  • Damaged or missing packaging makes the return ineligible.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Customer Responsibility for Return Shipping

Guocali does not issue prepaid return labels. Customers are fully responsible for arranging and paying the return shipping cost to our return address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of postage.

Restocking Fee & Non-Refundable Shipping

  • All returns are subject to a 7% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, regardless of whether you return part or all of your order.
  • Return shipping costs paid by the customer are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return

  1. Click Return My Order.
  2. Enter the email address associated with your order.
  3. Enter the one-time, 6-digit code sent to your email.
  4. Select the product(s) you wish to return.
  5. Indicate the reason for return.
  6. Once reviewed, you’ll receive approval or a decline by email.

Note: Items returned without approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

  • You’ll be notified within 2–3 business days once we receive and inspect your return.
  • If approved, refunds are issued within 15 business days to your original payment method, minus restocking fees and any applicable costs.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or tailor-made products.
  • Swimwear, bras, underwear, and socks.
  • Personalized items.
  • Sale items and gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your existing order. Once your return is approved, place a new order for the replacement item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped into the EU, you have the legal right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
